1934-1939 – Armenian Youth Audience Theater (cast)

1941 – graduated from the music college

1941-1945 participated in the Second World War

1946 – moved to Yerevan

1948 – graduated from the Yerevan Romanos Melikyan Music College

1953 – graduated from the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas (YSCK)

1958 – graduated from Leningrad Conservatory (prof. B. Arapov)

Since 1983 – Professor at the YSCK

Since 1950 – Member of the Composers Union of Armenia

1937-1941 – worked in Tbilisi musical schools

1948-1951 – Romanos Melikyan Music College (lecturer)

Since 1958 – until the end of life, lectuurer at the YSCK

1968-1970 – Opera and Ballet Theater after Spendiaryan (art director)

1950 – “Poem about Armenia” cantata (by A. Poghosyan)

1954 – Concerto for flute and symphonic orchestra
