BIOGRAPHY

1961 – graduated from the violin department at the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas (YSCK)

1967 – graduated from the composition department at the YSCK (prof. E. Mirzoyan)

1962-1965 – The State Variety Orchestra of Armenia as the (2nd conductor)

1970-1972 – responsible secretary of the Composers Union of Armenia (CUA)

1972-1985 – The Variety Symphony Orchestra of the Armenian Television State Committee (art director and conductor)

1990-1991 – Armenian Music Fund (chairman)

1991-1995 – T. Altunyan State Song and Dance Ensemble of Armenia (artistic director)
