BIOGRAPHY

1943 – graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory (composition prof. Kristapor Kushnarian, and piano prof. Ioslfin)

Since 1947 – lecturer at the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas (YSCK)

Since 1960 – member of the CPSU

Since 1977 – Professor at the YSCK

1939 – Variations on a Folk Theme for piano

1947 – “Armenia Poem” poem-cantata for symphony orchestra and choir

1948 – Piano Trio
