1958-1961 – composition department at the R. Melikain music school (prof. E. Baghdasaryan)

1961-1966 – composition department at the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas (prof. E. Mirzoyan)

1963-1976 – music editor at the publishing house of the Association of the Blind of Armenia

Since 1976 – was artistic director and director of the Musical Collectives of the Composers Union of Armenia

1962 – “Variations” for string quartet
