1991-1996 – theoretical department at the State music college after Romanos Melikyan

1996-2001 – composition department at the Yerevan State Conservatory (Prof. Gh. Saryan and Ed. Mirzoyan) Qualification courses at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory (prof. K. Khachatryan)

Music theory and solfeggio subjects at Yerevan State Conservatory, doctorate degree

Since 2006 – based in Lisbon, Portugal

1996 – “Semi-tone Sketches”

1997 – Piece for choir

1998 – “Dedication” for string sextet, (to Ghazaros Saryan)

1999 – Symphonic piece “Ruines Msho’s Land”

Active collaboration with the Calouste Gulbenkyan Foundation (the trios “Awakening” and “Prayer”, 1st time performed in Lisbon in 2016-2017)
