1996-2001 – violin department at the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas (YSCK) (prof. H. Smbatyan)
2001-2004 – postgraduate course at the YSCK (prof. G. Gyodakyan). PhD thesis on the topic “Violin concert pieces of Armenian composers and their performance traditions (from the 80s of the 19th century to the end of the 60s of the 20th century)”
Since 2004 – head of violin class at the YSCK
Since 2008 – deputy dean of the orchestra faculty at the YSCK
Since 2011 – 1st assistant of prof. H. Smbatyan’s class
