1966 – graduated from the Yerevan Tchaikovsky Music Secondary Specialized School
1966-1971 – piano department at the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas (YSCK)
1985-1987 – musicology department at the Tbilisi State Conservatory after Sarajishvili
1976-1982 – “Hayhamerg” association (soloist)
1982-1988, 1992-1993 – senior editor of the music editorial office of the Armenian Television and Radio Committee
1988-1992 – art department of the main editorial office of the Encyclopedia of Armenia as a senior researcher and head of the music department
1990’s – AOKS (organizer and speaker of musical events)
1993-1995 – head of the cultural department of “Aragast” newspaper
1996-1998 – The Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet after Al. Spendiaryan (consultant on artistic issues)
1997-2000 – “Azg” daily newspaper (head of culture department)
