BIOGRAPHY

1952 – Graduated from the Moscow Conservatory

1953 – Moved to Yakutia, engaged in collecting Yakut musical folklore, teaching, composition

1956 – On H. Grigoryan’s initiative, a theoretical composition department was created at the Yakutsk College of Music

1954 – Concerto for violin and orchestra

1955 – Oratorio “Festive Yakutia”

1955 – Symphony

1958 – Lyric Opera “The Lowkut and Nurgusun”

1961 – Operetta “Flower of the North”

1961 – Ballet “The Stone of Happiness”
